Terrible shipping company that simply can’t be trusted.

Ordered Velux shutter to be shipped by DSV. Parcel marked as delivered while no one ever attempted to make delivery. The tracking status are announced arbitrarily a posteriori, on the late evening of estimated delivery date, there was no status update for pick-up, then suddenly in the night they made up some time for both pick-up and delivery.
Businesses and brands should seriously reconsider if DSV is the right shipping partner. To me, given the consistently bad reviews here, any brand who selects DSV as shipping partner are just risking their customer experience, almost guaranteed.
