DPD Belgium is the worst! They pretend to have delivered my parcel, I live in a villa so no immediate neighbours ( although I asked all of the closest) there is no way to call their overtaxed number! I spent more than 10€ trying, no live chat, no email nothing unless you are the sender. I don’t understand why companies still work with them. Clearly they are just a bunch of incompetent. I already filled a complaint to the sender.
