Misleading Pricing and Poor Booking Experience
I attempted to book my flights and hotel through this company, but the price kept increasing each time I tried to confirm the booking. The cost initially showed at around £1,800, then increased to £1,900, and finally to £2,000 without any clear explanation.
Despite the repeated price changes, I was still willing to proceed with the booking. However, instead of being able to complete my purchase, I received a message instructing me to contact customer service using a premium-rate telephone number.
Fortunately, I was unable to complete the booking through them. I subsequently found and purchased the exact same holiday package elsewhere for £1,765, with hand luggage included, making it an even better value than their initial quoted price.
