We would like to make it clear that we never add parts to a phone that are not supposed to be there originally. If any parts have been replaced during preparation or repair, they are always parts that are compatible with the device and its function.

We also do not hide the fact that we may use Premium parts. This information is available both on our website and in our stores. Depending on the device, model and availability, we use either original parts or Premium parts.

If you believe there is something wrong with the device, we would of course like to help you. We have sent you a request for more information through Trustpilot, as we are unable to see your order details based on the review alone.
