I made an online purchase. You didn't send me an invoice, nor did they give me one in the store, the link didn't work, and now to get it from customer service I have to send tons of paperwork; it's absurd. The invoice is sent automatically and it is everyone's right to have it when you have bought something.

I recently purchased a MacBook M1 Max, and the entire experience was outstanding. The transaction was fast and smooth, and they even threw in a free charger, which was a great touch!
Even though the M1 Max is a slightly older model, I’m thoroughly impressed by its condition, quality, and performance. Getting a machine with this level of power at such an affordable price point makes it, without a doubt, the best laptop choice for my budget.
The support team was super helpful and answered every question I had. Plus, knowing they offer great long-term warranty options gives me complete peace of mind. Highly recommended if you’re looking for high performance without breaking the bank!

Both times i used green mind the items…
Both times i used green mind the items recived by post were defective.
1st phone had an error so the fingerprint recogniton didnt work. It could not be fixed in the store but the staff were nice and i ended up with a more worn replacemnt.
2nd i order a laptop and when it arrived the camra was broken. I got my money back and the staff in store was helpful but i gave up on green mind and got a refund.
