This is the madest and sadest Parcel Service in whole Europe, the second parcel never arrived, because they say- problems with the address- All other parcel services foud that address, but only Hermes not!!! My theory is-Hermes dont want to deiner parcels to final addresses- they only want to deliver them to Hermes parcel shops- but if i pay for shipping and delivery, i will have the parcel delivered!comprende
