Not only do they screw up delivering the package to you on time, they make returning the package impossible by giving impossibly, most likely fake, long names as address, the info about address is wrong or false. the post offices here can't find them and can't really sent them back, and Fruugo demands you use "cheapest services" yet Also want you to pay for tracking, which makes it the triple the price of the product I bought. All these troubles and frustration me and post worker tried to survey, we came to conclusion to give up on sending it back.


Don't buy from Fruugo, even Temu is more reliable store to buy from. At least they make it simple to refund and return packages
