Appalling lack of integrity
This company terminated my account almost immediately after I imported subscribers gathered through legitimate Gumroad purchases and downloads, before I had even properly used the platform. What followed was even worse than the termination itself.
Their response included the line: “Please note that this decision is irreversible and further replies to this email will not be reviewed.”
That tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates. Decisions appear to be made through automated systems with little meaningful human review, and once flagged, customers are effectively denied any opportunity to provide context, appeal, or resolve the issue.
A professional company investigates. A competent company communicates. This company simply shuts the door and refuses to engage.
If you value transparency, fair treatment, or actual customer support, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
