Don't make the mistake of thinking this is an actual company, with professional employees and technology that works. Never have I ever dealt with a worse company, unfortunately it's basically a monolopy so people have no choice but to go with them.
I ordered wifi at home, they installed some antenna system which I never asked for, as I wanted regular wifi. For two months, it has not worked at all. You're obliged to spend hours on the phone asking for a technician, when they come they confirm their technology doesn't work, they say they will let TIM know, but you never hear back.
Of course when it's time to pay your bills, TIM is on time. I've spent hours on the phone every day for weeks to speak to someone, as soon as they pick up (after 75 minutes sometimes) they sound like they're on another planet, often complaining that they can't hear you. In fact, some have hung up on me. I believe this is done intentionally.
Good luck if you ever use them - there is no end, you'll be stuck with their devices and no chance to speak to anyone. Horrible experience, joke of a company, be warned. Companies like this shouldn't even exist.
