Great customer service, answered my questions quickly and efficiently. Convenient and good quality product with organic castor oil and natural fabric pack. The ties make it easy to use and all explanations for using, cleaning etc are included. Highly recommended to anyone interested in castor packs and is new to these or looking for a good quality and easy to use kit.
