Early days
I really like the product but the tying system needs looking at. I have a fat tummy and the cloth rolls and super irritating.
I’ve also experienced cramps whilst wearing it at night.
Having said these things I think it’s doing good, but it’s too soon to say with certainty.
I will persevere.

We completely understand what you mean about the fabric rolling, particularly around the tummy, and really appreciate you mentioning it. It’s exactly the kind of feedback that’s helpful to us when we’re looking at future improvements.
With the cramping, some people do notice changes in their digestion when they first start castor oil packing, so it may simply be a case of taking things a little more slowly while your body adjusts. Perhaps try using your pack a couple of times a week to begin with, and then gradually build up to 3–5 times a week if everything feels comfortable. There’s absolutely no need to rush it.
Of course, if the cramping continues, becomes painful or worries you at all, we’d suggest stopping and checking in with your healthcare professional.

Quality castor oil packs
I love these castor oil packs.
They're so helpful. I actually use unbleached organic flannels soaked in castor oil beneath and then put the castorvida castor oil pack on top to hold on place. It is so comfortable. They're quite expensive or I'd purchase more. Highly recommended.

Great quality castor pack kit

Useful for back pain

Expensive but worth it
Loving this castor oil. Not at all sticky and absorbs quickly into my skin leaving it soft and smooth.
The compress is generous in its sizing I think I should have gone with the small size but as I’m a 14/16 I went with the large.
