The prices are very competitive compared to other options on the market, and the furniture sizes are well-suited for small homes, which is one of the main reasons I placed the order.

However, the delivery time was completely unreasonable. In my case, the order took about one month to arrive, which is far too long.

In terms of quality, the materials are below what is available elsewhere on the market, especially the sofa, which was clearly of lower quality than other similar products. The assembly instructions were also extremely poor. In many cases, you have to guess how the furniture is supposed to be assembled. To make matters worse, some of my parts were not even pre-drilled, and there were also missing pieces, which made the assembly process much more difficult and frustrating.

In my opinion, customer service was actually the best part of the experience, as they were polite and responsive. However, in my case, the solution offered was either a refund or waiting another month for the missing part, which is completely unacceptable when you have already waited so long for the original order.

Overall, the prices are attractive, and the furniture is suitable for smaller spaces, but the long delivery time, poor instructions, lower material quality, and missing or defective parts made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I will not buy from them again.
