Bad customer service

The only advantage: Quick and I hope accurate
The big problem is you need to do the research yourself and the customer service is quite bad
I got the results very quickly (maybe the following day). However, they didn´t include in the website the conditions to have the analysis done in order to increase accuracy in the results: is it during the morning, on a special day of the period cycle, etc?
You have to research this yourself.
I contacted them about this and customer service asked which tests I wanted to re do. When I answered, they sent me back a "50% discount", but since I had bought the tests on Black Friday, it was really no discount at all, it was just repaying for the test I had already done.
They say I should do the research myself or ask my doctor before the test but it is obvious that one a fertility test to know whether one should go to a fertility clinic BEFORE one does it. If I feel like my values are still good I won´t even go in the first pllace.
