I was hesitant to send a 20kg box from Milan, Italy > Sydney, Australia as I had seen very bad reviews. However the process was very easy and the box arrived in 2 business days / or 5 normal days. I had paid for express but I wasn't sure if the time line was accurate. DHL & FedEx was almost 2-3 times the price. Highly recommend and hope my review helps others as I wasn't sure if it was reliable
