Wonderful customer service & commitment to sustainability
I ordered 4 items - 2 of them were lovely in material and make (I've only worn them once each so far but happy) - 2 of them were 2 colours of the same item and unfortunately I picked the wrong size. One of these had a tag print that showed through on the outside.
Bonnie was very helpful and offered a couple different options to resolve it. I received a refund for the item with the tag issue and requested a replacement for the wrong size item, for which I was happy to pay shipping.
They let you keep the items instead of spending resources to ship them back; I admire this commitment to sustainability and now I have a gift for my friend who wanted to order with me but couldn't afford it at the time ^_^ Thankyou OGL!
