If I could, I would have chosen 0 stars!
This is the worst service I've ever used. I've once traveled abroad, had my credit card cloned and people using my money and that was still a better experience than dealing with Mit.id.

- If you don't have a Danish Passport or a Danish driver's License this system is not made for you because it covers very limited EU documentation (which I'm not even sure is legal since ID cards with biometrics should be valid in all EU countries). So be prepared to be locked out of basic thinks, such as your bank account.

- If you are lucky enough to have the system activated, but for some reason forget your password, get your running shoes because you will be sent around in loops. Trying to reactivate or recover your password is another nightmare while once again... being logged out of your bank account and other important systems

Regardless of your case or situation what you can expect is:
- the worst customer service in Denmark
- a guessing game to find a number where you can talk to a real person
- Waiting in queue for over 30 min, with no guarantee that they won't hang up before it's your turn

Please hire service designers or great operation strategists because every single process you have is awful
