My experience with Zacaris was extremely disappointing and has completely undermined my confidence in this company.

I ordered a pair of Havaianas Slim flip-flops in a light green shade that appeared almost pastel/neon on Zacaris’ website. However, when the package arrived, it was immediately obvious that the color of the product I received did not match the one displayed online. The flip-flops were a completely different shade of green, much darker and far less appealing than the color I had chosen.

Assuming there had been some mistake, I went back to my order confirmation email and checked the product images again. The product shown there was clearly not the same as the one sitting in front of me. To investigate further, I visited the official Havaianas website and discovered that this model is available in two different green shades: “Matcha Green” and “Wild Green.”

The problem is that Zacaris only displays the Matcha Green color on its website and does not clearly specify the actual color being sold. The pair I received was Wild Green, not the color shown in the product photos.

I contacted customer service, explained the issue in detail, and provided evidence showing the discrepancy between the advertised product and the item delivered. Despite this, Zacaris refused to acknowledge any mistake or misleading presentation of the product.

The only solution offered was to return the item. This means I would have to spend my own time, travel to a drop-off location, pay for transportation costs, and even pay an additional €1 return fee to correct a problem that was not my fault.

What disappointed me most was not just receiving a product that did not match the photos, but the attitude of customer service. There was no genuine attempt to understand the issue, take responsibility, or offer a fair customer-focused solution.

Based on this experience, I will not purchase from Zacaris again. If accurate product representation and good customer service are important to you, I would strongly recommend exercising caution before ordering from this retailer.

i bought a pair of dr. martens buzz for only €100 on this website and i was a little skeptical at first, because i had recently had a terrible experience on another website that sent me fake timbs. my main concern was, once again, the authenticity of the shoes, but now that i have them i can confirm that they’re original, the size is perfect and the quality is amazing! also the shipping was fast considering they came from spain and i live in italy.

I was looking for specific shoes that were sold out almost everywhere and I found them on zacaris. I was really suspicious at first, because I never heard about this site and they were many scam sites with fake products selling knock offs of these shoes. Shoes had a really good price, almost 50% off and there was only one size, the one that I was looking for. I checked authenticity of the site and the shoes as much as I could and decided to buy them, hoping they’re gonna be authentic. I saw some reviews about long shipment on this site, but to my suprise the shipment from Spain to Germany was ultra fast, around 3 days and I got my shoe. After checking everything I can surely say that the shoes are authentic, so I was really happy. Overall the site is not a scam, they have authentic products, great prices and fast and cheap shipment. I would recommend ✨

They don't send out my order. It was never received by me or received by the postal delivery company.

My order 4482661 was never received. There is no proper contact center and no one answers emails to solve the issue.
The parcel is being held in the ups point to be returned to the sender for extremely long time for now, even though the address was correct and the delivery simply wasn't made as I was always there waiting for the parcel. Zacaris has low customer service, precisely there is no at all - chat bot doesn’t work, whereas emails remain unanswered, just like phone calls.

bought Timberland boots from them or 70euros less than anywhere else. I took them to the timberland shop to see if they are genuine, my friend works there... and they are. The order arrived on time, quick and they communicate well with their customers. I am very happy with Zacaris, thank you so much!

I bought shoes from the website and after receiving confirmation email from the company I heard no more so I contacted them today and english speaking person told me that they are arriving sometime today.I couldn’t believe it!
I had my shoes in 24 hours!

My order mumber is 4328409. It says that it is delivered and nothing has been delivered to me. I did call the customer service and no one speaks English. I have sent an email and waiting for their response.

Extremely trustworthy and efficient ecommerce. I bought a pair of Ugg tazz from the website, but at first I had doubts about originality. Actually there is nothing to worry about, everything is authentic.
Plus the customer service is amazing. I ordered a 36 at first, my usual size. The shipping was honestly super fast. When I got them I tried them on and I realized they were a little bit tiny for me. I had to change the shoe number, and it could’ve not been easier. They have both the return and the change option. So I simply had to fill in the form to change the shoes, bring the box to the closest UPS point and that was it, plus WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL SPENDING, not even for the shipping back.
Additionally, I also made a little mistake filling out the form where I wrote a wrong shipping address. I wrote an email and in no time they reached out and very kindly they solved the problem.
That was honestly amazing, my best experience with an ecommerce.

I ordered Teva sandals from Zacaris, and one of the sandals had visible signs of use on the sole. Normally, I wouldn’t consider this a major issue, but since the sandals are a size too big, I need to return them.

When I contacted customer service one week after receiving the sandals, the representative claimed I didn’t contact them fast enough, despite their return policy allowing returns within 12 months. She also said they don’t accept used shoes as returns, even though I haven’t used the sandals.

It’s unacceptable for a company to send out products with signs of use and then accuse the customer of being at fault. Their dismissive and unhelpful approach made the experience even worse. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid this webshop.

- Update 13/03: Zacaris never reached out to me with a solution, even though they said they would.

I ordered a product from this company and, despite being charged, I never received my package. The tracking information still shows the package in transit, but it has not arrived, and the issue has not been resolved.

This has been a frustrating experience, and I am disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution from both the seller and the delivery service. I am now requesting a full refund, but the process has been unnecessarily delayed.

I had put my order in and 3 times there was an error during paiment process. I wrote 2 e-mails and tried to phone 2 times to customer service. Not one single answer was received. I decided to buy my shoes elsewere. Worst customer service ever.

Their prices are unbeatable. I’ve found the same item way more pricey in other websites such as Privalia and Amazon who claim to have the best / reduced prices. Other than that, they have a large variety of high quality products from the best shoes brands.
I’m happy with quality of the product, the price and the fast shipping.

Very poor customer service. I saw a shoe that was available on their site and asked if it was available and in stock (sometimes sites will list items that are not actually available and when you place the order and pay, they will cancel the order and give you a refund. Asking for availability avoids all that hassle). Well, I was told very rudely by their customer service that if I wanted to see the stock I could go see it by myself on the site. Well thanks for nothing.
Also they were super fishy when I asked if they had a shop on ebay too, and they told me that no, they had no affiliation with that site... Except for the fact that looking online, both shops have THE SAME partita IVA and society number. Weird.
Anywho, all this doesn't actually give me any more trust for this site or the ebay counterpart, also the customer service is awful, they should get more helpful and polite people.
