Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 66 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers felt deeply frustrated after making a small initial payment for a trial, only to discover unexpected recurring subscription fees applied to their accounts. Reviewers explained that low promotional costs quickly turned into expensive monthly charges without realizing they had joined an ongoing service. However, some customers also noted that reaching out to customer support teams yielded no helpful responses or resolutions regarding their refund requests. Many people ultimately had to contact their banks or payment providers to address billing concerns and block future charges entirely.

SCAM

SCAM! Stay away and don’t even try to sign up! They charged me without my consent for a service I don’t even recognize. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried contacting them several times, but all I get is the exact same automated response. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service. Stay away!

Total SCAM

Total SCAM. Connected with Lisa.ai I can't cancel the subscription. Lisa AI tells me to contact Zotlo, and Zotlo tells me to contact Lisa AI.
It's just shocking what those companies are allowed to do with users in 2026.

Utter scammers

Absolute scammers. I purchased a one off video clip for 0.99p which didn’t arrive. PayPal refund me then the next day I noticed they had signed me up for a subscription £34.90 which I did not agree to. I am waiting for a refund from PayPal. How can this company constantly scam people and get away with it

One star because you cant leave less!

One star because you cant leave less!! Through one of their many digital commerce companies i was refused refunds following money taken out of my account twice, plus the original tranaction, despite telling them in writing minutes into the 3 days 'free trial' that i had not received the item i paid for and i no longer wanted to use their services. Down nearly £70 because they refuse to refund , just keep telling me ive used their services during the billing period, which is a lie.I didnt even get the original thimg i paid for. Hate companies like this who feed off this cyclical system of 'heres a refund link' then refuse but wont substantiate the claim. They literally are making money for nothing!! Its infuriating & unfair.I shall leave bad reviews everytime i see their ad.

Zero start for this company.

Zero start for this company.
Allowed to charge 0,50€ for ONE TIME for the RAYMOAI test result. There no information about a monthly fee about 12,99€ until they try to charge your account.
Companies that use Zotlo as their billing provider are just as untrustworthy as Zotlo itself.

Warning about RAYMO.AI:
An absolute rip-off. They lure users in with a cheap trial fee, but many customers only realize afterward that they have subscribed to a recurring payment plan. The quality of the service is poor, while the billing practices are highly questionable. Stay away. !!!

I'm another one who feels victimised by this company - by automatically charging me a whopping monthly fee for an AI product I didn't want. I tried it without success, and then hadn't realised I had unwittingly signed up for a subscription!!! I'm presently trying to get a refund through Paypal. It almost feels like a deliberate scheme to snare unwitting customers.

Only because I cant give zero !! Someone shut down this extortion racket, the only way I avoided have money taken was to contact my bank, they've blocked there attempts 3 times in only a week that's right after I was duped by their add,I felt like an idiot until I read so many other people complaining about the very same thing, facebook should be held responsible for checking on people who advertise on their platform, they are quick enough to pull someone up for making a comment they dont like !!! Total scam

Total scam. You think you’re paying a one off of $1.99NZ to create one AI video following their ad on Facebook and once done, surprise! You get an email saying your suscription of $49.99NZ (monthly) is confirmed once the three day trial is over. Spoiler: you won’t know until the email arrives, you can edit the subscription on LisaAI as the button to do so is inactive. You can’t access it either via the Zotlo site as when you try to log in with the OTP they sent, the log in button is also inactive. Oh and they don’t rely to emails either. Long story short : you can’t cancel the suscription, you can’t reach them.

Misleading Trial Offer

Misleading Trial Offer, Unexpected Charges and Appalling Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted by my experience with this company.

I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a 99-cent trial, simply to view an AI-generated sample. At no point did I knowingly agree to or intend to purchase an ongoing paid subscription.

To my absolute disbelief, money was subsequently deducted from my account for a subscription I had never knowingly authorised. In my opinion, this is an extremely misleading and deceptive way of conducting business.

As soon as I discovered the charge, I immediately cancelled the subscription and requested a full refund. Days have now passed without so much as an acknowledgement or response to my emails.

What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that customers are directed to contact support if they experience problems, yet the company appears unwilling or unable to respond when a legitimate complaint is raised.

A reputable business should be transparent about its charges, obtain clear consent before taking payments, and respond promptly when customers raise concerns. Based on my experience, this company has failed on all three counts.

I consider this entire experience completely unacceptable. A seemingly inexpensive trial should not result in unexpected subscription charges followed by silence when a refund is requested.

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before providing this company with their payment details.

I would certainly not recommend this company, and unless this matter is promptly resolved and my money refunded, my opinion of its business practices will remain extremely negative.

The worse thing is PayPal has rejected my dispute without any explnation except "The case was closed because the transaction was processed correctly."

One very dissatisfied customer.

I made a one-time payment for one AED 1.84 for AI video as per screen.
I made a one-time payment for one attempt, but was later charged AED 128.75 for a subscription I did not knowingly authorize. I dint make any subscription.I canceled the subscription as soon as I discovered the charge, but I still have not received my refund. I contacted support and requested a refund, but the issue has not been resolved.

I would strongly recommend being careful about the subscription terms and charges.

Fraude

I tried one AI image for €0.99, but a few days later, €39.90 was charged to my bank account. I immediately cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. However, five days have now passed, and I have received no response to my emails and have still not received my money back.

This is a very poor and unprofessional company.

Small initial payment followed by an unexpected £25.99 monthly subscription

I used Movira and paid a small initial fee of approximately £3, believing I was purchasing a particular service. It was not clear to me that I was agreeing to a trial that would convert into a £25.99 monthly subscription.

On 8 October 2026, I received an email from Zotlo telling me that my trial had ended and my subscription was now active. I had received no email explaining that a trial had started, its duration or the subsequent monthly price, and no advance reminder giving me an opportunity to cancel.

I have since cancelled and emailed a formal complaint requesting a refund of any subscription payment taken, together with evidence showing exactly where and how I agreed to recurring charges. As of 13 October, I have received no response to that email.

Having read other reviews, I am concerned to see customers describing very similar experiences: a small initial purchase followed by a subscription they say they did not knowingly agree to.

For anyone trying to identify the businesses involved, Movira is the service, while Zotlo handles the billing. Zotlo’s published terms identify its legal entity as Z3P LLP, registered in England and Wales under number OC420032.

In my view, this purchase process lacked transparency. The recurring price and trial conditions should have been unmistakable before payment. Informing me after the trial had already ended was too late to help me make an informed choice.

Check carefully whether your purchase includes recurring payments, and retain your receipts and cancellation confirmation. I will update this review if the company responds and resolves my complaint.

Charged after requesting cancellation, ignored for a week

I signed up for a 3-day trial of an AI video app (Movira) through an Instagram ad, billed through Zotlo. I asked Movira to cancel the day after signing up, before the trial ended, and was still charged €30. Movira's support claimed they couldn't find my account, then sent me to Zotlo.

I cancelled in the Zotlo portal the same day I was charged and submitted refund tickets. A week later, the only reply I've received is an automated email asking for details I had already provided. Zotlo's own refund form doesn't even work: the card field deletes the leading zero from my card number, so the form can't be submitted.

The merchant and the payment processor keep sending you to each other, and nobody takes responsibility. If you see "Zotlo" on your bank statement, cancel immediately and go straight to your bank for a chargeback rather than waiting on their support.

Cancelled my Movira subscription the same day and received confirmation from Zotlo. Yet they’ve tried charging my card over 20 times since! Thankfully, all attempts were declined. How difficult is it to honour a cancellation? Absolutely ridiculous!
