The service has gone downhill. I’ve used Yougrow a few times now and used to have mixed results with placements. Streams were fulfilled but don’t count on follows, saves etc. it’s all passive streams but good for making your music look more legit. However, expect long wait times for placements - 2-3 weeks or more, so it doesn’t help with release plans. More recently, I’ve had to request refunds on several orders because they either can’t be placed or there’s a backlog on curators who accept, or you just keep getting generic updates about “pitching, waiting” endlessly.

Long and short - it you just want passive streams, not in a timely manner, go for it. But if you want to pay for a service to be delivered within a reasonable time frame… avoid.

Trustworthy company , I can recommend it .

Belen monitored the results of the initial rollout and when it didn't hit the metrics she was looking for, tweaked it to get it into the sweet spot that helped promote our playlist to the right people and improve our overall performance!

Excellent work with ads and promotions with fast & reliable communication. They are very transparent of the process as well, and if the things don't work out, they return the money as well (only once happened fortunately), which is real integrity move these days. Highly recommended.

Apart from the importance of “only organic streams” service, the representatives are so helpful and are always willing to share information! In this business I feel that this is a major plus that puts them above the rest !

When I first started using your platform, I genuinely enjoyed running campaigns and had positive experiences. However, the last several campaigns I've run have been consistently underwhelming and have not delivered the level of service or results that were advertised or that I had previously experienced.

I've reached out to your team multiple times to express my concerns and give the company an opportunity to address these issues, but unfortunately I haven't seen any meaningful improvements. At this point, I no longer have confidence that the service aligns with my promotional goals.

For these reasons, I no longer wish to use your platform to promote my music and would like to cancel my subscription effective immediately.

Your company came through on it's promises. More views more visibility.

I had a very positive experience with YouGrow while promoting my song on Spotify.

The campaign took a little time before my song was placed in playlists, but I completely understood why. As an independent artist, I know that not every curator will accept every song. What I really appreciated was that YouGrow never rushed the process just to generate quick plays. Instead, they carefully looked for playlists that genuinely matched my song.

A special thanks to my campaign manager, Emiel, who was fantastic throughout the entire campaign. He kept me updated regularly and was always ready to answer my questions. His communication made the waiting period feel comfortable because I always knew what was happening.

Another thing I really appreciated was that before placing my song in a playlist, they asked for my approval. They gave me time to review the playlist and decide whether it was the right fit. I never asked them to place my song as quickly as possible because I believe it's more important to be featured in the right playlists than to get quick plays. If a song is placed in the wrong genre playlist, listeners are more likely to skip it, which isn't beneficial for the artist.

Now my song is being featured in curator playlists and I'm seeing very encouraging results. From that point on, it's up to the listeners whether they save the song, stream it again, or follow the artist. So far, I'm very happy with the results.

A big thank you to Emiel and the entire YouGrow team for their professionalism, transparency, and excellent support. I highly recommend YouGrow to independent artists looking for quality playlist promotion rather than rushed placements.

Great experience. Getting a lot out of working with YouGrow!

The team appeared helpful and responsive; however, after waiting more than a month, I did not receive a playlist placement, even after submitting a second song.

The only playlist opportunity mentioned was a well-followed 1970s and 1980s playlist, but I was advised that no spaces were available. As my music is country, this also did not appear to be a particularly relevant fit.

Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with the service, especially as I had heard very positive feedback beforehand.
