Based on the tracking details, we saw that delivery attempts were made multiple times on August 24th; however, the driver faced trouble getting the security access needed to deliver the order. Because of this, the package is being returned to us.
We are happy to help by placing a free reorder for another set of cards. The order number will remain the same, so we recommend that once you receive the shipping notification email, please track the package so you can reach out to the carrier with the necessary details if needed. Feel free to reach out to us for any further assistance.
Need better support
The information I received via chat was different than the information I received via email support. As a result I wasted a lot of time in ordering.
BIG issue with delivery! UPS said they tried to deliver but was unable to. We were here on the day they said they came, and they said they left 3 phone calls. No one received a call! Now the order has been sent back and we need it in two days! I’m not sure what to do about this. Please advise.

Shirts are still not delivered
Last mile service is horrible, shirts never arrived. Stickers instead of 3 days arrived in one week.
Update: VistaPrint issued a credit note, which I appreciate. However, the quality of the products was disappointing, and the courier provided inaccurate information about the delivery. Although the financial issue was resolved, the overall experience was still poor.

This has been a long terrible…
This has been a long terrible experience. I ordered a simple box of business cards two weeks ago and I still do not have the box. It was shipped twice and never arrived . The follow up has been slow and no one can give me a tracking number. I wouldn’t recommend using your company. It’s been a waste one bet and time!

Pricing issue for calendars
I ordered several mugs with my photos printed on them - They arrived promptly and was of great quality. The price was good as well.
I had wanted to order several custom calendars - as I did last year. But the price was simply too high this year - unlike last year, there was no discount for multiple orders. So I decided not to order any.

I’ve been using VistaPrint for a few years now & the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that the price seems to have risen more than the cost of living increase… if I timed it right I used to be able to get a very good deal 🤷♀️

The perfect photo book — I was pleasantly surprised by the quality!
I created a photo book on the website and was extremely satisfied with both the quality and the speed of order fulfilment. Honestly, I did not expect such a professional level for such a reasonable price.
1. Convenient designer
The design features are intuitive — I uploaded photos, chose a style, and immediately saw what the result would look like. No freezes or complicated settings, everything is clear even to a beginner.
2. Fast order processing
Immediately after placing the order, I received a confirmation, and shortly afterwards, a notification that the layout had been sent to print. The entire process is transparent, and every status change is visible.
3. Print quality exceeded expectations
When I received the photo book, I was delighted:
the colours were bright and undistorted,
the paper was thick and pleasant to the touch,
the binding was even, and the pages were perfectly assembled. The photos that I thought would look ‘so-so’ turned out great!
4. Fast delivery and good packaging
The photo book was carefully packaged so that it would not be damaged in transit. Minimum waiting time — maximum result.
5. Conclusion
Very satisfied! The result is a beautiful, professional and stylish photo book that I am proud to give as a gift. I will definitely order more - both for myself and as gifts.

Poor customer service
I placed an order for Christmas calendars by phone with the help of someone from Vista Print, as there was a technical problem with the website. I wanted to order 100 calendars for our corporate clients for Christmas, but in the end we only received four. I called and asked to review the recording of my phone call with customer service, and the only response I got was that the online order was only for 4 boxes. As of 11/25, we do not have calendars for our corporate clients. As a company, we will not use your services again.
