Communication and customer service is non existing
Online ordering was easy and fast. But is a little like those cheap flight companies to lure you in to pay extra for NOTHING! I paid extra for a quicker delivery and it or a message never came. Customer service is a stupid AI telling me the delivery date is almost a week later! No message for refund for extra delivery costs. Lucky I had a good offer otherwise it would almost feels like a scam.

Customer service?
I have used 360 Imprimir for years now and their products are great. The big problem I have, it is very difficult to get any customer service, if something goes wrong. I have a job sitting in the system nearly a week after I sent the design and paid, payment was confirmed by email. Trying to solve the problem is impossible at the moment their Help Center does not have a solution, I have sent 5 emails now, but no response. I paid extra to speed up delivery, as the job is urgent. It is still sitting in the system and not in production. They did have an email you could write to but it now replyies with this message "Due to a reorganization of our support channels, this email is no longer monitored." I found a customer support phone number which is now no longer in action. They relly need to work on this.

Confusing info and bad, inflexible service
I ordered 250 customized boxes and within a few hours noticed that I took the dimensions by mistake because they weren't clearly defined in length-width-height. I asked not to cancel the order but to print on a different sized box which was immediately refused.
It is impossible that there has already been any customization within a few hours for an order that is to be fulfilled only within 2 months!
This is very bad service and unnecessary bureaucratic inflexibility. The error was clearly caused by the insufficiently clear information on 360imprimir part.
With that kind of bad service you will not make it internationally.
