The wine we've ordered was year 2020 and it was clearly stated in the order. However we received year 2019. It was a huge disappointment.

After ordering I got tracking ID for delivery, but the delivery has never actually arrived. I contacted the service and have been told to wait - but after over a month nothing changed and I'm left both without the order and money.

It's my second order. The first one was delivered partially with a huge delay (±2 months) and partially as a money-back.

Somehow, I decided to give this shop a second chance and made an order with multiple items. All items may be shipped in a short period of approximately 6-8 days.

Today, 16 days after payday, my order or parts of it, not even shipped.

I am angry at such a dishonest approach.

Vinello com de eu es pt etc... is the same system, just with a local SEO domain, and every customer should know how you operate your business. Reading other reviews, I am not alone here.

Huge range of assortmeent, good user experience, well packed bottes!

I received my order yesterday and had no major issues with the shipping and customs process. The additional costs, as enforced by UK authorities (VAT, excise duty, customs clearance charge), are well explained on the Vinello website/during the ordering process, and on all subsequent emails. There is really no way you can be surprised by any of this unless your reading comprehension level is zero and/or you have not paid attention to how tariffs and import taxes work during the Brexit cabaffle.
As a reference point though, my items were shipped on a Thursday, arrived in the UK on a Monday, and were with customs for not even a full day. I received the shipment the following day.

I can certainly recommend Vinello and will be using them again soon!

Many many thanks to Vinello, their amazing international wine collection and their helpful staff especially Robert. For my daughter’s wedding in Europe I was able to order, before I left Australia, 9 dozen Australian and a couple of New Zealand wines (a variety of 17 red white rosé and sparkling) which they both advised me on and delivered to the venue by the specified date. The evening I hosted was a wonderful success thanks to the special wine theme with many guests asking how I had managed the wine 🍷 🍸 🥂 🍾 . Thank you to Vinello so much.

I placed a first order, and the box arrived damaged: one bottle had been stolen, and another was broken. I contacted the seller twice with no response. On the third attempt, he finally replied, stating he would not issue any refund unless the box was returned, despite the fact that I had refused delivery. The return was in fact initiated by the courier, and I verified this myself through their website.

I offered a reasonable solution, as I was still interested in purchasing the wine, but the seller never responded again. I then placed a second order, which he also canceled, along with the first, without providing any explanation, despite my messages. I find this kind of behavior highly unprofessional.

It’s a shame, because the wines are good and I had ordered from this seller before without issues. But between the unreliable couriers, the total lack of customer support, and the dismissive attitude, I cannot recommend this seller, especially if you’re on any kind of schedule or expect basic service standards.

After weeks of waiting still no delivery. Tracking number was not active, now it’s returned communication, several emails to chase asking about status of my order.
Never again will I use this website and service as there is no service. I am not sure if I will receive my money back.

very quick and reliable; good selection of wines

We ordered wine for friends for their wedding anniversary and it has been over 3 weeks that we have been waiting for delivery!! Their anniversary has come and gone. We received no communications that there is a delay and had to be the ones chasing Vinello for feedback. Shocking service!!!!!!! Never using them again!

My wine has never arrived,
Nobody is replying to me and I have sent several emails/messages and used their support.

Easy to order wines delivered to Greece in 7 days - great selection and great prices on South African wines. Will definitely order again.

Item never arrived and they just sent it to a post that is impossible to pickup by car an item of more than 30 KG, the service from the store was one of the worst and he basically say it's your problem I won't help and won't refund the money, very unfriendly and unhelpful store, I still haven't received the money or the item

"Ready to ship today, Delivery time approx. 2-3 working days" - That's what it said when I bought a gift for a friend's birthday - a case of Californian wine. Today is the third day and Vinello hasn't even shipped the goods yet.
Don't buy from this company - they are just lying to you!

The order was delivered in good conditions and the price is fair! However, the delivery took 5 working days instead of the announced 2.

Got my order to LTU in 14 days. Very satisfied. However if you buy without an account, tracking information is very limited.
