Upon arrival, staff told us our Revolut card would not be accepted to pay deposit. staff was extremely rude and not helpful. the conditions of the car agreement do not state that we cannot use this card.
We were forced to pay for a 'special insurance', which cost more than the amount we rented the car for (almost 400 euros), and then we did not have to pay a deposit anymore.... very vague and feels like a scam.

Very good car service - I would recommend

I booked a Kia Picanto for a roadtrip in Puglia. It was a good car for me as I don’t like to drive on narrow streets with bigger cars.
Good experience with the team, easy check-in and check-out, good value for money. They do tell you to take pictures of the car when you do the check-in and I did well to do it as they wanted to know if a small indentation was there before I took the car.

We rented a car at their Verona location to return in Bergamo. In addition to the fact that they wanted to charge for every little thing, like a half an hour extension within the 24 hour preiod we were paying for anyway, they cashed in our deposit right away, almost immediately after we returned the car. This is besides the fact that we paid extra to ensure there ws no excess or deductible in case of an accident so they couldn't claim any damage to the car. The car was returned totally clean and there was no staff at the return station to review the car with us. They are theives. So stay away

I rented a car from Viaggiare Rent in Olbia and, after returning it, I received a damage claim for a scratch on the rear bumper.
However, the scratch was already present at pick‑up — I have clear video evidence recorded before using the vehicle.

What is extremely concerning is that the amount they are trying to charge corresponds exactly to the deposit (€350). This coincidence raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of the claim.

Additionally, no staff member checked the car with me at the moment of return. I arrived on time before my flight, but the employee remained seated and simply said “no problem”. Later, they claimed damages without having performed any inspection in my presence.

I also purchased the Comfort Cover, which is supposed to protect customers from situations like this. Unfortunately, it proved completely ineffective, as the company still attempted to charge me for pre‑existing damage.

Despite providing clear video evidence, their only reply was that they “could not see the damage”, without offering any explanation or proper review.

This experience was stressful and disappointing. I hope the company improves its inspection procedures, transparency, and the effectiveness of the Comfort Cover they sell to customers.

Do not use this company in Podgorica. They put a lot of pressure on us to buy insurance we did not want because we didn’t have a credit card that was not Mastercard or visa. When dropping the car off they had said they would drop us back to our hotel, but when we dropped the car off they said they were too busy. We also got told to move our things from the car as they needed to wash it, even though we still had 3 hours left on the rental. Atrocious company, atrocious service. Do not use!

I rented a Toyota C-HR at Olbia Airport in July/August 2026 under rental agreement OLB 7337. At vehicle collection, the on-site staff instructed me to inspect the car and document any pre-existing damage myself. I took thorough video and photographic footage showing all existing scratches directly inside their station lot before departing.Upon returning the car on time and fully refueled, €80 (€65.57 net + VAT) was deducted from my deposit for a minor scratch. I immediately submitted my original video recordings—featuring intact EXIF metadata with exact timestamps and GPS location proving that this mark was already present at handover. Instead of examining the objective evidence, customer support outright dismissed the claim by citing a formalistic clause (Art. 5.6 of their terms), alleging that documentation is invalid unless submitted before departure through their specific internal portal. A final notice requesting a fair review went completely unanswered.Jeopardizing customer trust over €80 for pre-existing wear is unacceptable. The dispute has now been escalated to my credit card bank for a formal chargeback. Avoid renting here unless you want to spend weeks disputing fabricated damages.

Terry is very friendly and we had a great experience.

I paid my rental upfront. We had a delay because the flight was late and immigration in venice took more than an hours. When I arrived they said my booking expired and I won’t get a car nor a refund.

The best car rental company in Bari Airport without a doubt. Staff are professional, helpful and genuine. Nothing hidden & have rented multiple times. Particular credit to Terry who I hope every time is working the desk, she’s very experienced & love her personality!

We have had bad experience with this company. When returning the car, no one in the office. The company have changed additionally without clarification- tried to contact couple of times- no reply.

Great car and very quick pick up and drop off from Terry. Will definitely use again!
