Ordered by telephone on wed and received on Sat morning. My cat meds were £158 for 100ml bottle at my local vet and £39.99 for the same bottle with vetmedi He is on these meds for the rest of his life so saves a fortune. Great service.

Delivery took too long
Delivery took too long. When called to ask when I could expect was told being reviewed and would escalate. Then charged additional £5.99 for next day delivery with Royal Mail. No guarantee it will arrive. If I wanted to escalate to confirmed delivery charge increases to £12!
I explained I only had 1 day meds left could they guarantee tomorrow - only if I pay the additional charge.
