I have used this site for a few months and always happy with the products I received and the service is great. My only issue is that they never have my preferred base oil or flavour concentrate in stock and I'm forced to use another supplier.

I paid for the package on 23.05.2026. Today is 29.05 and the package has not yet been sent to Croatia. No one is responding to my messages??? Shame on the store and the people. HUGE SHAME!!!

I pay a shipping fee to get my order within 5 business days as advertised. To date I have had a couple of orders that have been in progress for 10 business days. When I informed customer service they told me that the courier already picked it up so their job is done. Ah, no... In this case you should offer an alternative method of shipping because your preferred courier is dragging your reputation down because of late shipments. After a couple of back and forths on the emails they will stop replying. Am not getting my money's worth on the shipping fee these guys charge.

Update: Vapora has now replied and confirmed the delay was due to a store vacation and a tracking error. Tracking has been corrected and the parcel is now in transit. I will update again once delivered

I placed an order on December 26 which was marked as completed on January 2, and a CTT tracking number was generated. However, the tracking has not updated and still shows “Waiting for entry into the CTT.”

I’ve tried contacting support several times by email without receiving a response. I’m hoping someone from Vapora can please check whether the parcel has been handed to CTT or advise on the next steps

I have made an order before and it was successful. As i previously stated, anytime i contact support via email, i get no response.

The products are good, but customer support replies were way too slow as well as the delivery, which for this price and within Europe is just not justified.
