Maybe a bad batch?
love your brand, and never had any issues. this is the 4th vape i'm buying from you, however it's the first time a vape only lasts a week. idk if it was due to a bad batch or if it was damaged during shipping, but on the second use most/all the oil was gone. This has been my go to store so was really disappointed :/

As you mention yourself, it’s difficult to determine whether the issue may have been related to the batch or another factor. As the product is manufactured and filled by Rollz, and there is no fixed number of puffs as this varies depending on the user and how the device is used, we would also need to investigate the specific unit with the manufacturer in order to understand what may have happened.
We would have been very happy to assist you with this, but unfortunately we were not contacted before the review was posted, so we had no opportunity to investigate the issue or offer a solution.
If you still have the vape and its packaging, please feel free to contact our customer service team and provide us with the batch information and some details about the issue. We’ll be happy to look into it with Rollz and do our best to find out what happened :)

Original post: I bought a CBD oil for cats and when I received it, on the instructions they're was only written that one applies it on the skin. No dosage and no other recommendations. I messaged top garden asking if the oil can be consumed and to recommend a dosage but I got no reply whatsoever. Now I have two bottles of CBD oil without knowing if they are ingestible or not. Will not buy from this place anymore. Pity
