I had a wonderful experience with Valquère creating a tailor-made engagement ring. From the beginning, Marie was extremely helpful and patient, helping me find exactly the right diamond and answering all my questions throughout the process.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Dolce at the Antwerp showroom, who took the time to go through every detail of the ring with me. The team listened carefully to my requests during the 3D design stage and made sure I was completely happy before production started.

The ring was completed within the timeframe we had discussed, and the finished result was absolutely beautiful and even better than I had imagined. Most importantly, she said yes!

From the start, the service was excellent. At the Zurich showroom, they showed us different diamond sizes and helped us choose the right one.

They then helped us design a custom engagement ring, exactly the way we wanted it. The result was perfect and exactly what we expected. Shipping was very fast, the ring arrived just one day after it was sent. The ring is beautiful and the craftsmanship is outstanding.
