Online order worked well
Ordered a pair of earrings online, impressed with the process and the speed of despatch and delivery which I thought was appropriate for the relatively expensive items. When they arrived I felt they were worth it, very nice quality.

At that time most web shops only send you an automatic reply indicating that your request is being processed. The item arrived the next day and, also important, it is as gorgeous as on the website

Easy to order
Easy to order. I bought a necklace two years ago on Icon of the Seas. I never took it off and last week when my husband was having surgery I lost it. So I came home and found the same one right away on their web page. Was so excited to see it was still there.I get a lot of compliments on that necklace.
