They were very attentive. Managed to get in touch with a knolwdegable nurse right away. She answered my question thoroughly and had a very well balanced approach towards letting me know of their other offerings. Not overly sales-y or pushy. If you want to pay attention to a very interesting (and unfortunately disappointing) story, please read carefully below.
On August 6th, I had a confirmed appointment with Valit Clinic in Copenhagen for a check-up/consultation. The appointment was confirmed by both email and SMS from the clinic. However, when I arrived on the agreed date and time, the clinic was completely closed. There was no one there, and in fact, another person arrived with an appointment and was also left waiting without being attended to.
I had arranged my day specifically for this appointment, including leaving work and reorganizing my schedule, only to find the clinic shut without any prior notice.
I tried calling the clinic several times that same day but received no answer. I then sent multiple emails explaining the situation and asking for clarification, yet I have not received any reply to this day.
I find this service completely unacceptable- a lack of professionalism, no communication, and zero follow-up with the patient. I hope this review encourages the clinic to reflect on the importance of honoring their commitments and responding to the people who trust them with their care.
As of now, I am still waiting for an explanation or an apology from Valit.

I am very disappointed. I was expecting so much more. I wanted advice on how to improve my health and hormones.The doctor was not friendly and not professional. She was in a hurry. Typing during our telephone conversation. I felt like I was bothering her.
No explanation of my test results. I had to ask. That's what I thought I paid for.
My conclusion is that I could have done the tests at a normal GP and saved the money.
That was the doctor's recommendation anyway.
