The service was very fast. Within a week I had the imprinting set at home in The Netherlands. The instructions for taking the imprints were clear and straight forward. Within a couple of days after I sent the imprints, the hanger itself was sent back and it turned out beautiful! It makes for a very personal jewel. The parts of the imprints that were used were selected with care. I love it and I’ll carry it close to my heart :)
