I`ve ordered the bow-ring in silver, it was shipped really fast and the ring was gorgeous! I realized I need a smaller size and wrote about it to the company. They answered immediately and sent me another ring on the next day! And also they printed the return application for the first ring for me and sent it too! The communication and service were very friendly and pleasant. And I get a lot of compliments on this ring)))
