The service by the vendor is fantastic. The delivery came very soon after the order. Regarding the shoes, it could be read in the reviews that the shoes are perceived as very comfortable. The shoes have a very slim shape, basically not typical for Adidas. They may be comfortable for people with slim feet, but for those with more broader feet like me it is not very comfortable.
