Impossible to get hold of a real…
Impossible to get hold of a real person. Even when you email message, you're still speaking to automated AI responses. They tell you we'll connect you with the right team member but its always an AI response. Cant and wont book with them again unless this issue is resolved. It's my first time booking with them and they don't seem to have much regard for that either.

Their site changed the date on my booking and they won’t fix it. We were 45 minutes from the town traveling and they had us booked for the end of the month. No help. Their mistake. Will be contesting the charge on my card! Beware beware beware!!!!
