My first—and only—order

My first—and only—order with this company was delayed by two days, leaving my medication sitting in a delivery truck during a Texas heat wave with heat index values reaching 112°F.
When the package finally arrived, the shipping box was hot to the touch. The ice pack had completely thawed, and the medication vial itself was warm. I immediately checked its temperature with a thermometer, and it measured 99.7°F.
I contacted Trinity right away and was told the medication was safe to use as long as it wasn't cloudy. However, because the medication is dark red/brown, there is no practical way to determine whether it has become cloudy or compromised.
After weeks of back-and-forth communication, Trinity ultimately refused to replace the medication or issue a refund. For an injectable medication that is intended to be stored within a specific temperature range, I don't believe it's reasonable to expect customers to simply accept that it remained effective after prolonged exposure to extreme heat.
The risk to my health simply isn't worth it. Whether the medication's red color is due to its B-12 content or something else, I expected better customer service and greater concern for patient safety. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I had to file a dispute with Afterpay …

I had to file a dispute with Afterpay to get my money back. They make you pay upfront or set up a payment through Afterpay, etc… before you actually speak to a provider and when I disputed the charge they only message you within the portal but then delete correspondence to make it harder to dispute. Screenshot everything (I’m glad I did) and DO NOT use this company. A complete scam.

I ordered compounded semaglutide from…

I ordered compounded semaglutide from Trinity on June 28th. It was an easy process. The screening was thorough, and even had me send photos to ensure I was not under weight already. So far so good. The prescription was approved and sent to the pharmacy. The wait began. After a week I got nervous. I had messaged Trinity and believe what I was getting was AI messaging. I called. The rep said that it was at the pharmacy and shipping would be updated once it shipped. I waited. And waited. Finally I attempted to claim fraud with my payment method. I started the process and provided evidence of the unfulfilled order. SUDDENLY I get a message….3 weeks after the initial order… it has shipped on July 19th. I received it the next day. It was nicely packaged, contained instructions, etc. Soooo… for those of you thinking you got scammed, have patience. The pharmacy is indeed the holdup not Trinity Meds.

SCAMMERS- AVOID THIS PLACE

HORRIBLE. This place is a scam. Took my money and no product delivered and no way to contact them really besides some bogus email and they text weird responses all hours of the night. Like, why are you texting me at 2 am…. Definitely a scam and lost money. Very pissed 😡

Very responsive on the phone

Very responsive on the phone, immediately resolved my email address issue.
My package arrived timely. Cold and a package that preserve cold temperature. I had emails and text messages informing me of the status of my order.
Oh I appreciate the pamphlet and the information about the medication, how to inject and abundance of syringes.
I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Now waiting to use the medication to check its effectiveness.

Why are reviews so bad!?

I seriously don’t understand the trinity med slander on here. Got my first dose in under 10 days. Customer service responds within 24 hours. You can always call them using their customer service number during business hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Im currently on week 3, got charged $149 for second month, same price as month 1. The problem people are having is unbelievable, they are impatient and unreasonable. 2.1 stars overall is not correct. 4-5 stars easy peasy all day. I am not AI, or a bot, im a real person, and if you have any questions about my experience, respond to this review and I’ll write back.

Test out the one month version before going 3 months. So far so good, I read the reviews here and it seems it's just a bunch of chargeback Karens/Amazon karens expecting this company to ship same day. I don't understand why people order something and then cancel, smh. I'm excited about my journey and will stick with this company.

If I could give a zero

If I could give a zero, I would! Trinity Meds took the money for my order out of my account 2 weeks ago! I have gotten nothing since. I have emailed at least 6 times and every response, if I get one, has been automated. No update, no product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I never even hit process on an order…

I never even hit process on an order and then I see $624 came out of my account. I immediately messaged and emailed them and was told that I would get a refund minus a $35 telemedicine fee. I was told on 3 emails I would get refund and that it would take 3 to 5 business days. Then the story changed and they said it was too late a week later and that I can’t get a refund because it was already being shipped. I don’t even know what is coming to me. Then they say it can not be returned once I receive the product. DO NOT EVEN GET ON THEIR PAGE AND TYPE IN INFO or may you may be charged. I’m hoping my bank can dispute it somehow. They tell me they don’t have a physical phone number for me to talk to a person. So I really don’t even trust taking medicine from this “company”

Wish I could give them a minus review

Wish I could give them a minus review. Absolutely a fraud. Stay away from these crooks. I cancelled my order in plenty of time for a refund and still they continued to fill the order against my wishes. They got me but don’t let them get you. I looked at the wrong site for the review which was excellent. They really suck. When the order arrives I’m sending it back because of the no faith in them what so ever. Went to my doctor that way I know what I’m getting.

SCAM COMPANY

The "Doctor" wrote a RX for a formulation that included a form B12 which I cannot take. I informed them that I did not want that formulation but they pharmacy was not contacted in time to put a stop to it. They charged me for the product, I have not received it yet but since it shipped out on 7/20/2026, I cannot receive a refund. The fact that their own customer support person: John Jakob Lambatan states that "You’re absolutely right to call that out. We should have made it clearer up front that your prescribed compounded formulation included cyanocobalamin (B12), and we’re sorry this wasn’t communicated in a way that helped you make an informed decision before the order shipped.", then I should get my money back for a product that I cannot use.

Don't Give This Company Your Money!

After 3 weeks I never received the product, never spoke to a medical professional. But they billed my credit card right away. Numerous emails and they refuse to get me the name of the supervisor and refuse to refund my money. Supposedly they are waiting for "the pharmacy" to confirm my cancellation (but then they say: "we see your cancellation"). I've filed a fraud claim with the Federal Trade Commission.

Terrible no usen este servicio son unos irresponsables

Terrible service I placed an order and asked to cancel it 5 hours later and they confirmed that it was perfect and that I had to wait 3 to 5 business days for the return and after 10 days they send me an email as if nothing had happened to tell me that they are going to make the shipment. It seems to me a total lack of respect and ethics. What an unpleasant experience I feel cheated

Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I want to be as transparent and thorough as possible about my experience.

I first came across Trinity Meds through an advertisement. Their website looked professional and legitimate, and one of the reasons I decided to try them was because they listed a compounding pharmacy I recognized and had successfully used before.

Before purchasing, I completed their questionnaire but hadn’t checked out yet. Shortly afterward, I received a text from someone identifying themselves as a Trinity Meds care guide who answered my questions. I specifically asked whether my prescription could be filled by one of the pharmacies listed on their website, and I was told yes.

However, after I was approved, I discovered my medication was actually being sent to a completely different pharmacy that wasn’t listed on their website. I asked about getting it from the one I did recognize through the patient portal and never received a direct answer.

After reading numerous negative reviews online about communication and cancellations, I became uncomfortable and immediately requested to cancel both my subscription and medication order. I contacted them through both the patient portal and via their support email.

This is where my biggest frustration began. The email responses from their support email often felt automated or AI-generated, several different support representatives responded throughout the process via the patient portal, and I received inconsistent information about the status of my order and cancellation on email. The email communication and the patient portal communication were inconsistent. That uncertainty made the entire experience far more stressful than it needed to be.

Eventually, Trinity Meds confirmed my subscription was canceled, my medication order was canceled, there would be no future charges or shipments, and they refunded $114, keeping the $35 telehealth consultation fee, exactly as they had explained.

So why am I giving 2 stars instead of 1?

Because they ultimately did resolve my issue and honored the refund. However, the communication throughout the process was confusing enough that I genuinely questioned whether everything was actually being handled correctly. It took multiple messages over several days to get the confirmations I felt should have been provided from the beginning.

I’m not saying everyone will have the same experience I did. My advice is simply to do your own research before choosing any telehealth provider, ask plenty of questions, and make sure you’re comfortable with their communication and cancellation process before purchasing.

If I could give zero stars I would. All 5 star reciews here are fake or AI generated. This website is a complete scam. They instantly approve you with just a simple questionnaire every other legitimate company will send you for blood work and perform a virtual visit. They will say that they sent your order to a pharmacy but you never get the meds. This is a complete scam please stay away!!!!
