I love the access to quick medication. This was an easy process and it’s been working great. However, I don’t like that I cant call someone with questions. While the instructions have been clear, it would be nice to be able to speak to someone live vs via messaging portal. Otherwise, all is great.

Easy reliable service

Weight is steadily dropping. Moving sound is easier. Very little side effects just a little nausea the first day or two after the injection or if I need to eat.

Medication comes on time- very efficient in their delivery. And very dependable months to month.

I received the package yesterday and did my first shot. The delivery was great and the instructions were very clear. Too early to rate the product.

The overall experience was easy and quick. I was going through TrimRX who was not very responsive to messages and their follow through. So far RXpros has been very responsive and I was able to change to Tirzepatide along with picking up dosage where I left off at with TrimRX.

I am super happy with the onboarding and actual prescription shipping. While the cost was a little higher than anticipated I do appreciate the ship 3 months at a time. I am losing weight. The issue I do have and that kept me from giving a 5 star is their use of AI and the difficulty of getting a human, even on the phone. It takes several, messages, emails and calls to get to interact with a human. When I did have a shipping issue, it took a lot to get it resolved and almost had me switching companies. It did finally get resolved but they would do well to fix their many AI routes to get to a human customer service rep who can actually resolve complex problems that AI cannot.

Dislike The second delivery of 3 months was shipped and was in different containers. It looks like it came from a different place and it was also the box was not cold. The ice pack was completely melted and it was warm. And I've been having some problems with my stomach and everything else and I don't know if that's why.
Other than that, it's been an okay experience.

Super helpful and friendly

Way easier than going to the doctors office. They wanted me to go once a week and have me keep track of my food and meet with the dietitian, etc. Now I don’t have to leave my house.

So far, the changeover has been good. The delivery was quick and everything delivered was accurate. It was nice that the delivery was early, but I wasn’t notified that it was coming. The package that should remain cold could have sat on my driveway in the heat for hours.

I was surprised how easy it is to use the website and how quickly everything moves through the system. Within 20 minutes after applying I received two phone calls from representatives to make sure I understood the process and received the medication I had been using in the past. The price was reasonable, the shipping is fast and easy. I would absolutely recommend RxPros.
