To make matters worse, after my repeated follow-ups, they recently came up with an excuse stating that they can only process commission payments to affiliates with a registered company headquarters in Germany. This is completely unacceptable. This "rule" was never stated in their initial affiliate program terms or guidelines when I signed up.

Changing the rules after the work has already been done and the revenue has been delivered feels like a deliberate excuse to withhold my money. I am left wondering if this company is facing financial issues and simply cannot afford to pay their partners, or if this is just a convenient pretext to pocket the profits that I generated for them.

I expected much more professionalism and honesty from TryMoin Coffee. I strongly advise all international affiliates to stay away unless you want your hard work to go unpaid.

I joined the Trymoin affiliate program and promoted their products, generating sales and revenue for the company. I also submitted my invoice for the commissions I earned. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received my commission or any clear response from the team.

This has been a very disappointing experience, and I believe other affiliates should be aware of my situation before joining the program. Transparency and reliability are essential in an affiliate partnership

On the German page you advertise, that your pure coffee would only contain 2 ingredients.
On the French page you can see that it has 3, as you add aroma to it. This highly misleads your customers and makes you a not trustworthy company. As in Germany your customers obviously value real PURE products, you lie to them and and pretend they would get an actual pure product.. what a scam.

Tried to order from here once. Because of bad packaging, the items were damaged and the delivery company initiated a return process. For a week, I have received no updates from them. Finally, I had to write to them to have items re-sent to me again. After another week of no information, I found out (after sending another email to them) that my request was not even processed. Finally, I had to cancel the order. The product might be good (could not try it, so I would not know) but the packaging was not durable and the customer service I have received was not good at all.

Ich habe einmal versucht, hier zu bestellen. Wegen schlechter Verpackung waren die Artikel beschädigt und die Paketzustellung leitete ein Rückgabeverfahren ein. Seit einer Woche habe ich keine Updates von ihnen erhalten. Schließlich musste ich mich schriftlich an sie wenden, damit mir die Artikel erneut zugesandt werden. Nach einer weiteren Woche ohne Informationen erfuhr ich, dass mein Antrag nicht einmal bearbeitet wurde. Schließlich musste ich die Bestellung stornieren. Das Produkt könnte gut sein (ich konnte es nicht ausprobieren, also weiß ich es nicht), aber die Verpackung war nicht geeignet und der Kundenservice, den ich erhalten habe, war überhaupt nicht gut.
