Breach of Consumer Rights Act

Breach of Consumer Rights Act, I have emailed them now since 2/3rd of Sept and it is the 8th and no response no refund from paying to see matches that I CANT see. Under consumer rights act if an item is not to what you expect or not working you can get a refund, Google play and Tinder are ripping people off not allowing what by BRITISH law you are allowed because of their supposed conditions. Fake accounts, people match, then say 1 to maybe 5 messages then stop talking just so you pay, Ive had many matches in the past on past accounts and this happens every time practically. Fraudualant which is why I will be opening a claim with my bank as I have video evience and dated not working what I paid for.

What happened to Tinder?

What was once a good app turned into total rubbish now. It’s full of scammers who are very active and there are just a very few real women who are very inactive. When I tried SttDate.com
things turned around for me. It feels like Tinder must feel for a woman – you get so much attention from opposite sex! The ladies are very beautiful and so hot - they are the complete opposite of Tinder women. When you sift through bunch of scammers on Tinder and finally meet a real woman she is either bad-looking or full of herself or having some serious mental or social problems. I didn’t like Tinder at all and took my profile down

Dating apps are a scam

Dating apps are a scam. Tinders algorithm is designed for you not to get a match. Actually disgusting company that profits off lonely men. I have to say thank you for not finding me any matches. I will no longer be using your services ever again and seeing your stock completely rug pull your investors is absolutely beautiful to see. You deserve maximum bankruptcy and I hope I’ll be able to witness that one day. Do not pay for tinder premium. You’ll be trapped inside tinders Ponzi scheme. Tinder to ZERO

I paid for Tinder Platinum through…

I paid for Tinder Platinum through Gamivo and it disappeared from my account without any explanation. My profile is now completely blocked — I can't send Likes or messages to anyone, not even my existing matches. I keep getting repeatedly asked to "verify" my profile with no explanation of why, and it doesn't fix anything.

I've contacted support multiple times over several days with proof of payment attached — zero response. I also tried to delete my account directly in the app, but it just returns an error and won't let me. Under GDPR I have the right to have my data erased, and blocking that with a technical bug isn't a valid excuse.

Paying customers deserve better than being ignored for days with no explanation. Avoid until they actually fix their support.

Profiles were so basic they gave almost nothing to go on

Most profiles in Tinder looked identical and shared almost zero concrete details about anyone. UABrides.net showed up after I asked around and had more to work with, plus I could jump into a live video call fast and later met someone in real life. The difference showed up quick.

Tinder is the worst dating app

Tinder is the worst dating app. You must pay for so many things and if you delete your account because of a glitch they automatically ban you! So annoying. I wouldn't recommend Tinder at all!!!

I think there lots of fakes there..bad search

I think there lots of fakes there... And not usable... I am in USA.. set my Location to Thailand.. and they keep changing it to another town.. Then they show matches 8,000 miles away.. i guess from my location in USA.. which is stupid.. it should be based on my search location (<30 miles) so I know if the match is close to my town in Thailand... They obviously did not usability test the Android app..The website is horrible. Also you cannot Copy text from a profile.. in order to paste it through a translator.. yet another example of BAD usability. They did not talk to users in developing this app. Website is so BAD!

This app is a total garbage

This app is a total garbage, scamming people for money, you pay, then they ban your account with no contextual explanation, they just say you "breached policies", giving you no chance to see what exactly it was about, so you can defend your position. No wonder people migrate to Bumble and other apps, they have no respect to their subscribers, customer service is an alien concept to them. Don't waste your money.

I paid for this app for a month , it gave me no new matches

I paid for this app for a month ! No new matches at all ! The subscription ends and than you get matches again , because these fools think i will resubscribe to see my matches upfront . And than no matches anymore . Just make this app free, the company is loosing money anyway and make it a public service. We need it to socialise in the time of internet sometimes . It almost becomes an essential for some people, it’s worrying that a platform like this is in the hands of match group a stock which only cares about profit for their shareholders

Now you've done your thing

Now you've done your thing. Tinder verified my profile. It took them a week. In that time, I lost a couple because they didn't want to wait for verification, saying it was taking too long. She was right. And now the best part. He has 4 photos on his profile: 2 are AI and 2 are real. In the real ones, I've had tattoos on both arms for 20 years, but not in the AI ones because he wasn't good at it. Guess what?they did this wrong!
Congratulations to the whole Tinder crew. Time to post some fake accounts and see if Tinder figures it out.I KNOW THE ANSWER. AND YOU WANT ME TO PAY YOU FOR IT.

Useless

I literally did nothing wrong. I didn’t even talked much on the app and I was banned for looking for sexual services or promoting sexual services. Wtf. I dislike that from the core of my heart and when I disputed it, they didn’t give me no evidence and nothing and the denied my appeal. What a stupid app.
