It's always good to meet new people. The platform needs some renovation; it feels a bit old-fashioned and stiff compared to others.

The site is very accurate and intended for serious relationships, I noticed a very structured way of working.

Nice contacts, price seams to be a little too high and i would prefer a 6 months contract

The only thing I have is the one of the best app.

Fake profiles, barely any real ones. After 7 months I realized I was seeing the same people over and over again. Staff couldn't care less about you.
They also charge you automatically, no notifying the customer just take money and go. Been in contact with them for 2 days to get a full refund as I did not want to renew it. Our laws protect us against shady practices and so my bank will have to reclaim the payment if they don't. Shame!

Well... i thought i was paying for a real site but boy, was i wrong. This side has hardly any feature to select profile.. Not people who are logged on, or changing the order to see.. only big tiles. I am happy to use the laptop but the app on my mobile really sucks...

Pricing is way to hight for what you get on this site... for monthly a view the costs are redicoulous, and you even have to pay for an automatic money transfer...

And yes... they claim it is in their fine print... but still way too much. And i suspect a lot of fake profiles...

This side is not better than a badoo or so....

I had a very disappointing experience with Parship.

I signed up and canceled my subscription on the same day because I realized the service was not suitable for me. I did not meaningfully use the platform. Despite this, I was still charged, and my multiple emails requesting cancellation and a refund were completely ignored. Shockingly, instead of resolving the issue, they treated it as a debt collection matter — a completely inappropriate response given that I canceled immediately and acted responsibly.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. A company should at least respond to its customers, especially when the issue is raised immediately. This approach is misleading, unfair, and highly frustrating. I would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience.

Due to the lack of response, I am now forced to escalate the matter through my bank and consumer protection authorities.

I just joined Parship as a "Premium Member" and I am finding out how to manage and get informations or proposals.

SCAM!!!
Fraud App, tricking people to pay subscription and profiles are mostly silent or fake,
No match and Matched and never responded and then profile disappears its a SCAM which this website is running on people's feeling and hope to find their partner.
When you are not satisfied, they dont give option to stop and delete your account, THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY!!!
They not only charged me for WHOLE ONE YEAR WHEN I TOLD THEM I am not happy with the services, in 3 months but HIRED RECOVERY COMPANY TO PAY ADDITIONAL 40 EUROS

I HAD TO PAY 350 EUROS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST TO GET RID OF THIS SCAM!!!!

Halten Sie sich unbedingt von dieser App fern – sie ist eine Geldfalle ohne Gegenleistung.
Ich habe ein Premium-Abonnement abgeschlossen, ohne zu bemerken, dass es sich um eine Vertragslaufzeit von 2 Jahren handelt. Als Expat und Nicht-Muttersprachler im Deutschen war mir das nicht klar.

Nachdem ich festgestellt habe, dass ich keine interessanten Kontakte gefunden habe und mein Profil bereits gelöscht habe, habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und um Kündigung gebeten.

Die große Überraschung: Man teilte mir mit, dass ich trotzdem für 2 Jahre zahlen muss – für einen Service, den ich nicht nutze und auch nicht nutzen werde.

Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und das Geld nicht wert – ich würde nicht einmal einen einzigen Euro dafür ausgeben.

I became a premium member without realizing that the subscription was fixed for 2 years. As an expat and not a native German speaker, this was not clear to me.

After seeing that I had no meaningful or interesting contacts, I deleted my profile and contacted customer support to request a cancellation.

The big surprise: they told me that I still have to pay for the full 2 years, for a service that I will not use at all.

This is absolutely unacceptable and not worth a single euro.

Do not sign up for any membership or even a trial, otherwise you may end up with a very expensive and frustrating dating app experience, while you are simply looking for a genuine relationship or love.
