Sidney BC Tim Hortons. Has gone downhill since the renovation. Loud music, indifferent staff, and messy. There was a coffee spilt sometime before I sat down. They had put up a high chair and wet floor... See more

St. James, Winnipeg. No coffee flavor in the reg. coffee. Preference given to drive-through. Flies in the open back bakery cabinet. Otherwise a clean store.

I would have loved to give it 5 stars…

I would have loved to give it 5 stars BUT I asked for 5 pack of Ketchup for 20 cents and they didn't put any Ketchup in my bag I had to ask, and also the food is way too expensive!. But I gave it a high rating because the food is so good quality and just really good in general and it deserves a five if it was a little bit cheaper 100%

It is pretty sad when a company built on take out coffee can't figure out how to get a coffee lid that will lock open. Go to McDonalds, built on burgers and fries has100% success for locking lids back.
What the h@#l is wrong with you people. Are you trying to drive clients away instead of keeping them???

RUDE

There is a certain employee and shee is there whenever we go into this Tim's during the daytime. She is lazy rude and should not be representing any business in the industry. My husband had to ask to get service today, he normally would not say anything but he stood there while she talked to an employee then she talked to talking another one. Then he asked if himself and the other person where going to get served. She got the man a small tea then went away to fill the milk, so he asked again to get service, She served him without saying anything NO THANKYOU NO HOW MUCH nothing. This is not the first time.

worst service ever, always... They went downhill in 2020 and is getting worst.. NO NAPKINS, NO BAG FOR GREASY BREAKFAST SANDWICH... I ordered two different sandwiches and she almost threw them at me and when I asked, which one is which, she replied, "I DON'T KNOW"! and slammed the window shut...

Black coarse hair baked bun 🤢

Black coarse hair baked right in my bun. I have spoken several times with head office and manager from the port
hope Ontario Tim Hortons.
I am so tired of telling and retelling my story. Tim Hortons has shown me they absolutely so not care or take their customers seriously...shame on you. This is a health regulation issue. That will be my next call.

Visiting my home town & decided I'd try a Tims again after a long absence.

Major Kudos to Tim Hortons @ 1511 Hwy 35, Nipawin, Sk, Canada!!! For the FIRST TIME IN YEARS I was able to place an order in English (SHOCKED!!!); note the clerk understood what I was ordering AND have it handed to me 100% CORRECT!!! I'd have given a 5 save for clerk upselling more than I expected to pay. $2.49 hashbrown?..... SERIOUSLY???

Here's hoping other locations will note this & ONLY HIRE THOSE WHO CAN COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH!!!

ROLL UP THE RIM CONTEST PRIZES ARE ALMOST NON EXISTENT!

I usually look forward to ROLL UP THE RIM CONTEST, but this year Tim Hortons is getting so bloody cheap with even the basic prizes which is really pathetic in my opinion!

I have patronized my local Tim Hortons franchise several times since the latest ROLL UP THE RIM CONTEST began and all that I have won is one measly reward of a free coffee! All the other times were "please play again"!

Tim Hortons is really good at jacking up their prices (especially on steeped tea I might add!) BUT when it comes to lack of even basic prizes in ROLL UP THE RIM Tim Hortons wins the cheapskate award for being so chincy!

If they are going to be so frickin cheap, they might just as well cancel this stupid ROLL UP THE RIM CONTEST PERMANENTLY!

Being so cheap with even basic prizes is a real slap in the face to your loyal customers!

Someone needs to take responsibility here, to not allow this, it is real bad, I have been coming here for about one year, I have never see anything this bad, it my hope that the owner of Tim horton do something about, perhaps a big sign will help, I am not Someone that want to complain, but this is so bad,

She said there was nothing she could do about it. use the Ap.

Prices are outrageous

Arrives at Tim Hortons Drive Thru:

Me: hi, I'll get a sesame bagel with butter and cheddar.

Guy: we dont have sesame. Is everything ok?

Me: yes, everything is fine. Thanks for asking. 😭😪😅

... but everything was not "fine". Alicia and her son soon learned that bagel was nearly $5. And no, it was not sprinkled with gold flakes or made by the hands of gods. ....

(Ps if you didnt read that last part in Morgan Freeman's voice, im not sure we can be friends...)

Roll up the rim is a joke this year…

Absolutely horrible this year for roll up the rim. Honestly, I have bought 7 extra large coffee's and haven't won a damn thing.. not even a donut. Wtf is wrong with you guys?? There are places that have way better coffee, but i go to Tim's because of roll up the rim. But whats the point if every cup is a loser.. cheap company.. this is not canadian anymore.. its all propaganda. I bet they just auto generate winners.. 1 in 5 my ass. Done with Tim's and their shitty coffee, shitty service and false promises..

The Tim Hortons located on 17th Avenue I go to quite regularly is amazing. Always friendly staff, kind and polite and I have gotten to know many of them as I am a Tim Hortons fan for the amazing coffee and sometimes food.

I've asked numerous times for Boston creams to be put in a box and not in a bag because the chocolate sticks to the bag. They consistently want to put my Boston creams in a bag and I got a feeling that they're doing that to be passive aggressive and not want to listen!
