The support was very fast
The support was very fast, but you have to make your buffer quality better. Sometimes the channels can Not Open or the content of the channel catagories are empty... Thoese both Points needs to ne corrected.

Ich muss zugeben, ich war sehr skeptisch, ob dieser Anbieter seine Versprechen halten würde. Heute habe ich ein einmonatiges Testkonto eingerichtet, um die Geschwindigkeit, das Streaming und die verfügbaren Inhalte zu testen. Da ich Probleme bei der Einrichtung mit der TiviMate-App hatte, kontaktierte ich den Kundenservice. Das Support-Team antwortete innerhalb von 5 Minuten und löste alle meine Probleme im Handumdrehen. Das ist sehr kundenfreundlich und vorbildlich. Vielen Dank dafür!
I have to admit, I was very skeptical about whether this provider would deliver on its promises. Today I set up a one-month trial account to test the speed, streaming quality, and available content. Since I had some problems setting it up with the TiviMate app, I contacted customer service. The support team responded within 5 minutes and resolved all my issues in no time. That's very customer-friendly and exemplary. Thank you very much!

The "technical hotline" is amazing
The "technical hotline" is amazing, even so my problem isn't reliable resolved, the people from the hotline are always fast in response and realy,realy interested in helping with your problems. The whole service is mostly 99% reliable. Thumb up!
