I was waiting like 3 months to give feedback so i can say it deligant design,light and simple to assemble.why i gave 4 cos still i questioning the synthetic leather is not that much strong. Over all well recommended🫡

I bought furniture for my balcony, a table and a couch set (grey rotting). It was the cheapest set with seemingly high quality i could find. It arrived within a week, nothing was broken. Easy to assemble. Everything was of good quality and it looks really nice. Just a good experience overall.

It arrived a little late due to Postnord, but once it arrived and I opened the package, there was very Easy , assembled and tried it out, it feels good, even a little unstable, but it works and I am very satisfied.

I am very dissatisfied with the party tent you sent. I set it up immediately on the day it arrived.
After it was set up, the wind started to pick up, and the Velcro on one of the side walls tore off. I then removed all the side walls, leaving only the roof standing.
However, the ground pegs were of poor quality and bent very easily, so they didn't stay securely in the ground. Subsequently, the roof blew over my car and one of the attachment points tore. I have included photos in the attachment.
The party tent was up for less than three hours, so I am very dissatisfied.
I am confident that you will come up with a solution.

The price was great. The Industrial furniture looks good and feel solid. The assembly was pretty simple as far as flat box furnatue goes. The delivery was quick and the package below 20kg were delivered right to my door by postnord. Pleased with the quality, price, and the look.

The product wasn't delivered. I contacted the company several times, but they don't reply to my emails. I am being charged for the product despite this, and now I have to open a dispute. It's been a month now and this is still ongoing. Very annoying, as the product looks good, but I have no idea why customer service is so bad.

The product was delivered incomplete, and several weeks later, the issue remains unresolved. It is impossible to get hold of the customer service, and they take weeks to reply with basic info without offering a solution. I am highly disappointed as I ordered summer furniture in May, and summer will soon be over.

Well packed, painless delivery and great price. The panes are exactly as advertised with a protective film on each. Highly recommended!

Holes missing on the chair. Plastic protections could not be installed. 1 screw was stripped. Had to use a drill to open one hole on the bottom. Managed to assemble it but not the best quality control. Massage function is more of a vibration. Do not recommend

I have sent four emails and tried to call many times and I’ve had no response to anything. I ordered on May 13 and was guaranteed 3-5 business day delivery yet I haven’t had any update on tracking at all and have not received what I ordered and now it is June 5. I have spent a lot of money for nothing at this point.
