I bought furniture from IKEA Padova and…
I bought furniture from IKEA Padova and a tasker confirmed to come after 10 days. His name is Manuel De G. He canceled on the very same day without giving any notice and TaskRabbit would not find me another tasker. IKEA couldn’t do anything about it as TaskRabbit is an independent platform. Worst experience ever! Anyone can register as a tasker on Task rabbit and they have no consequences for not doing their job. Customer service of TaskRabbit is just as bad as their taskers.

Customer support not existing
Customer support not existing. They made me change the top of the MITZZON Ikea desk twice giving me wrong advice. Then they came twice but still cannot figure out how to build it, and I had to pay for it. In the end paid 100 Euros and have an unbuilt desk in my living room.

Unreliable and rude service - AVOID
I booked an assembly of a divano-letto from IKEA in Padova, I had a baby 10 days ago and family are arriving shortly, so I decided to pay for the assembly rather than do it myself.
I was matched with a man called 'Metin' who first changed the day of arrival (which was fine with me) but who then cancelled the job entirely at 1am, just 7 hours before he was due to arrive at my home. I messaged him on WhatsApp asking why he cancelled and he blocked me.
I then tried to book again, and was unfortunately matched with the same man. As soon as we matched he ended the conversation.
Terrible service, task rabbit show zero consideration for customers and seem happy to "employ" people who are rude and unprofessional.
