I am a tradie and I find this system of receiving work orders to be cumbersome. It is difficult to read on a phone and the vital information (property address, job description, and tenant details) are scattered all over the place. I used to receive one email plus a one page work order. Now I received (through Tapi) a three page email with check boxes etc. It might be great for the property managers but it is shite for me and has made my job harder not easier. You know the old addage...if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The Tapi team are a dream- I have used them as a tenant, a Property Manager and now as an Ops Manager.
They solve the biggest and most complex part of our job and somehow make it pretty and fun. The team is helpful and incredibly patient.

I cant download tapi and keep getting the message tjhat it is a dangerous website.

Using this app to report a maintenance issue required that I upload photos multiple times, write a blurb about my issue, and then repeat that same information in answer to bot questions. The bot took a long time to think about each submission. I was promised a link to confirm my report/ track progress which was not provided.

Tapi has been a phenomenal help to me in my rental property business. From our initial meeting the decision to implement Tapi alongside our current systems was a no brainer. The Tapi team are fantastic and the onboarding process seamless. One of the most significant improvements has been in communication. Landlords, tenants and contractors now benefit from clear, consistent updates throughout the whole process, while landlords have greater visibility over works being carried out on their properties. Response times have improved considerably as a result of better coordination, presentation and prioritisation of maintenance tasks.

One of my clients starting using Tapi and I hate it. As a tradie it wastes my time. I have to include hashtags to invoices and rubbish like that, and adds extra layers to do basic stuff.

The property manager uses my services because I give them a good price. If they are going to waste my time with this rubbish I have to increase my prices for them. I hate these time wasting platforms designed by people that have no clue how to run a business

Tapi is easy to use from an Agent perspective and most Landlords and Suppliers are good at it too. It is always easy to get help if needed.
