Terrible. They do not notify you if your subscription is near renewal and they also don't have any human agents to facilitate a proper refund. I have been waiting for 2 days yet nobody has been in contact with me yet.

It's everything I needed
This service provides me with every function I need as a college student filling out assignments and such.
It also was paramount in getting me through all the paperwork to apply to college in the first place. I love the E-signature and request signature function.
