They claim fast payouts. I put in a request for payout they denied my payment, moved me to live and waited til I blew my funded accounts to process payout. I requested 900 now they only want to pay me have of the original request.

I keep putting in request and it keeps saying insufficient balance.

I received only 3 credits to activate my PRO accounts, but I passed 4. It took JENN :) only 1 minute to connect to my support chat and another minute to check my issue and sort it out.

Ricardo & Raci have been amazing. Take profit has great response times. I had a tradovate issue and then take profit team was quick to help get it fixed.

The amount of time it takes for accounts to be moved into live is ridiculous not to mention trying to speak to someone.

I have tried multiple prop firm, This is the best hands down ..it's a shame that it does not have a higher note ...everything is transparent no hidden rules..payouts on time .all the other prop firm trustpilot are polluted with fake opinion -this is on is the best I hope they continue

The worst company—they won't let you withdraw, and they give you accounts that never work.

If you are thinking about buying an account here, you’re better off not doing it. They’ve made up rules designed only to make you lose money; they won’t let you make withdrawals, and if you do manage to withdraw funds, you’ll fall out of their good graces. This is the worst company for funded accounts.

Somehow, I purchased a new test account and the promocode did not register and I was charged the full list price. I contacted customer service for a resolution. They promptly identified the issue and after I submitted verifying images. They credited me back to the discounted special offer price. Fast and courteous resolution. Ralph is very pleased

Worked hard to get my account to Pro level and without a warning, I was disabled for inactivity. I was out of the country for a month and was unable to trade. Customer service says not their problem. Forget all the money I have spent with them. Screwing your customer is the way to go. Never use them. Apex is was better and absolutely every other trading platform
