Expensive, poor shipping times, but good product
The product is good, however very expensive. I have ordered twice from this company now and both times their efficiency with shipping the items has been terrible. They say 2-4 business days, I ordered 12 days ago, and they only shipped it two days ago. It still hasn't arrived.

I have not received the Top Buxus…
I have not received the Top Buxus order. You confirmed dispatch on 23 September, ten days ago, and Royal Mail advised delivery to be expected on 24 September. The product has not been received and tracking states that it is currently in 'Croydon MC'. I have tried and failed to contact Royal mail by phone.
I know from previous experience that Top Buxus products are effective, but I have to receive them to use them!
