Avoid!!

Avoid!!! I ordered a Versace pouch and the material was pealing away from each corner. I messaged YOOX to explain and sent photos of the faulty item. They sent me a returns number and my order number to fill into a returns form. Both numbers didn’t do anything. I keep telling them this is not working, but they keep on saying the same thing about use the order number to generate a return label. BUT IT’S NIT WORKING!!! I still have the faulty pouch, and they’ve done nothing. They won’t just send me the returns address! I would never buy off this disgusting place again. Worst customer service.

Promo code transparency

I received a new customer promo code for 15% off which I applied to my order and it accepted it but did not take one cent off the order. I understand that there are certain exclusions however they should just tell you that the promo code wasn't applicable instead of accepting it and letting you think you got a discount. Lack of transparency.

horrible customer service!answered twice and disappear !
i contacting YOXX regarding new Roger Vivier defecting shoes. they replied to my first 2 mails but after i send proof, they stopped responding , total radio silence, i have the original shoebox , the defect photos. i demand that you reopen my case immediately and issue a full refunder these faulty shoes1
