Damaged belt and unfair return fee
I’m giving 1 star because the belt I received was covered in scratches and clearly damaged. It’s unacceptable that I’m expected to pay €25 for the return shipping when the product arrived defective. This problem was caused by your company, not by me. I expected much better quality and customer service.

Not that quick
Not that quick. I know it was written in the conditions but I find very uncompetitive the fee charged for delivery and return. Bigger operators don’t do it and whenever products will be available from them the delivery cost will influence the customer choice.

love this website
i mostly order from saks/neiman marcus/bergdorf but i started using others like farfetch. i found out ab cettire and i’m adding it to the roster of stores i’ll be shopping on from here on out. i got some sunglasses at a great price and its the real deal. came in less than a week from italy. love cettire!

Extremely dissapointed
Extremely dissapointed, used these guys a lot and normally very good but paid $40 dollard for express postage as needed something for an event and 4 days later still not posted. Could have gone elsewhere but now too late.

Delivery not received by myself. Obviously on Monday 20.7. it was delivered at 9.25 and signed by F. Arme. O was not home by that time and I don’t know who that is.
The package was also not in front of my apartment to be found.
