Trumpet valve oil
Trumpet valve oil. On their website it clearly stated it was none toxic oil. When it arrived, it was very toxic synthetic oil.

Frustrating experience and poor support
It’s been 12 days since I placed my order (Invoice #5140005) and it hasn’t even been shipped yet.
Support is painfully slow to respond and doesn't actually solve anything. I’ve had to be the one constantly reaching out just to get any kind of update. When I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, I got no answer at all.
It shouldn’t be this hard to get basic communication from a store. I wouldn’t recommend buying here.

I've placed an order of 400€ on a…
I've placed an order of 400€ on a Wednesday and it said Monday next week it would be delivered. On the product page it was also marked as in STOCK. So I went ahead and made the purchase.
It's now Sunday and I have only received the order confirmation. Sent multiple emails and nobody answered to it. Also sent a ticket to custom support and no one answers.
This is unacceptable, even if it was an order of 20€ it should be processed as said in the website. Really weird, the website has more than 100k reviews and the lowest rated are almost all about bad Customer support and getting no reaction or delay in shipping.
I would really appreciate to get an answer and not just someone saying.. Oh sorry your order got delayed.. bla bla bla.

Good but inefficient?
Really good prices and an extensive selection! But I don't understand why my order of small parts had to be split into two simultaneous (!) shipments, also why the item colors are (totally) different even though I ordered the exact same color twice. I can live with it, but giving it only four stars because of these two little cons.
