After 3 years upon installation is our…

After 3 years upon installation is our system still not functioning properly. The weather station sends a command to the blinds only once. If the blinds cannot be retrieved instantly, the command is not repeated eg every few seconds for a limited period of time. Warema D and Warema NL simply refuse to alter the software in order to make our system work!!! Fun fact: if one gives a command by the mobile app and the blinds cannot be retrieved instantly, a pop-up occurs withe option OK to retry (run the command once more) and then within a few seconds all blinds do work!
